With more than 50 boutiques of art galleries, antiques, traditional crafts, fashion designers, interior and home decorators, coffee shops, a central public square, wellness centers, restaurants, and numerous public gardens, Saifi Village, a residential and artistic neighborhood in Beirut's Central District, is a distinctive art and shopping destination.

Saifi Village is a warm haven for established and up-and-coming artists, as well as the perfect gathering place for fans of design, cuisine, and families out enjoying the parks and cobblestone lanes. The art district mixes the allure of classic Levantine architecture with the comforts of contemporary urban living and bears the evident stamp of Lebanese vernacular history.

Summer Village:

The area was rebuilt in a design reminiscent of French colonial-era structures. Francois Spoerry, a French architect, developer, and urban planner designed the reconstruction. New-Urbanism is the dominant style. The goal is to develop pedestrian-friendly areas with a variety of residential and commercial options. Summer Village's streets and contemporary structures blend very effectively.

Summer Village is also known as the Art District or Le Quartier des Arts. Numerous significant art galleries, antique stores, and artisan boutiques may be found there. Souk el Tayeb, The Good Market, an outdoor farmer's market, is held in the village square every Saturday. The market sells organic food as well as regional foods.
