Gorilla Rehabilitation and Conservation Education Center (GRACE), Congo

GRACE is a gorilla conservation center in Congo right next to the Tayna Nature Reserve. It is the only NGO in the area specifically aimed at conserving and rehabilitating gorillas. It also has the world’s largest gorilla enclosures for the gorilla orphans.

Though it’s not necessarily a safari, we need to give it a special shoutout since the center is doing a great job at promoting gorilla conservation. GRACE, in partnership with explore.org, live streams its gorillas. You can watch the gorillas play, eat, and rest together in their forest habitat at GRACE. If you want to do a little more to help the gorillas, you can also donate or symbolically adopt a gorilla.
