Hyde Park

Among the 8 Royal Parks in the British Capital, one of them is Hyde Park. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens cover the greatest open area in London. This park was formerly a portion of Westminster Abbey but was taken over by Henry VIII in 1536 and turned into a royal deer park until Charles I finally allowed public access in 1635.
